- Laboratory and genetic information — results of bloodwork or genomic testing you authorize, where applicable to the services you request.
- Payment information — processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Communications — the content of messages you send us by text, email, chat, or web form.

Text messaging and consent
If you provide your phone number and affirmatively consent, DNAdriven Optimization LLC may send you text messages. These include customer care messages — responses to your inquiries, appointment coordination, consultation reminders, and follow-ups to an existing conversation — and, where you have opted in, promotional messages about programs and offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive services or communicate with us by email or phone.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors performing support services on our behalf, such as customer service platforms, is limited to what is necessary to provide those services, and those parties are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
How we share information
We share your information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
With licensed providers and pharmacies
DNAdriven does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications. Where you request services that involve clinical care, we share relevant information with independent licensed physicians and physician networks who evaluate you and make all clinical decisions, and with licensed compounding or dispensing pharmacies that fill any prescription those physicians write. These parties maintain their own privacy practices and, where applicable, their own patient privacy notices.
With laboratory and testing partners
If you order laboratory or genomic testing through us, we share the information necessary to process, fulfill, and return the results of that testing.
With service providers
We use third-party vendors to operate our business, including customer relationship management and messaging platforms, website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and payment processing. They may access your information only to perform services for us and are contractually restricted from using it for other purposes.
For legal reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
In a business transfer

Health information
We treat the health information you share with us as confidential and limit access to it. Depending on the service and the parties involved, some of your health information may be handled by licensed providers who are subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Information you provide directly to DNAdriven for wellness, nutrition, and coaching purposes may not be covered by HIPAA, but we protect it under this policy and applicable state law regardless.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Text messages — reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may still send you transactional messages related to services you have requested.
- Access, correction, and deletion — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Contact us using the details below.

Residents of certain states may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of certain disclosures.
