Martin Goshorn and DNAdriven act as an adviser and coordinator, not as your medical provider.

Consultations and clinical services
Consultations and clinical services are delivered by independent licensed physicians and physician networks. Whether any therapy, prescription, or protocol is offered to you is entirely within the professional judgment of those licensed providers, and depends on your evaluation, laboratory results, and applicable state law. No outcome, prescription, or approval is guaranteed by scheduling a consultation or enrolling in a program.
Medications, when prescribed, are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and shipped directly to you. Availability of specific medications and formulations varies by state and by pharmacy.
No guarantee of results
Individual results vary. Factors including genetics, adherence, health history, medications, sleep, stress, and lifestyle all influence outcomes. Nothing on this website or in our communications should be understood as a promise or guarantee of any particular result. Any examples or descriptions of potential benefits are illustrative and are not a prediction of your experience.
Your responsibilities

Fees for consultations, laboratory testing, genomic testing, medications, and shipping may be billed separately by DNAdriven or by the applicable provider, laboratory, or pharmacy. Payment terms, including any recurring billing, are disclosed before you are charged, and you authorize those charges when you enroll.
Refunds and cancellation
Coaching and program fees may be refundable in accordance with the specific terms disclosed at enrollment. Laboratory testing, genomic testing, physician consultation fees, and dispensed medications are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered or the product has shipped, as required by pharmacy and laboratory regulations. Recurring programs may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms disclosed at enrollment.
Communications and text messaging
By providing your contact information and consenting where required, you agree that we may contact you by email, telephone, and text message regarding your inquiry, appointments, and programs. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
